Nino - Saracca Romagnola - Satin-finished blade and bovine horn tip - 25cm - handmade knife
A knife originating in Romagna, widely used in the countryside of this region, made entirely by hand by Giovanni Nista.
The name Saracca derives from the sarago fish, whose tapered shape resembles the knife's form. Also called “curtel cun el riz” because of the curl on the spring that facilitates the lever release of the blade.

It is a snap-lock pocket knife, equipped with a characteristic ring closure system that produces a distinctive sharp sound when the blade is opened.
