The Task series has been designed for all everyday cutting jobs.
The blade is partially symmetrical with a flat edge on both sides. The recessed part of the blade after the guard, which separates the sharpened part from the handle, has been realized by housing the index finger during use, creating a grip point near the sharpened part for a better control during the use of the knife.
This feature, together with the support grip on the back of the knife, allows a better grip while avoiding the sliding of the hand on the blade. In this way it is possible to carry out most of the cutting work by applying a higher pressure if necessary.
