If neither of these is preferred, simply pull down the RAM-LOK and the blade opens with a simple flick of the wrist. In collaboration with Tactical Wander we decided to bring them light utility, the Lynx model, in an exclusive satin-blade version that uses the famous Japanese Steel San Mai produced by Takefu Steel. Specifically, we used, for the central plate, the CoS to 61,5HRC (Cobalt Special, considered mechanically superior by 25% compared to the already much appreciated VG10) and 420J2 (56 HRC) for the two side plates in order to ensure high cutting capacity, but at the same time a remarkable resistance to abrasion, resilience and resistance to oxidation.
