The Straight is a sturdy frame lock blade designed by artisan blacksmith T.J. Schwarz. Inspired by the small classic pocket knives his cowboy father carried, but with modern lines and materials.

The kiridashi is a traditional Japanese cutting tool that has ancient roots in culture and tradition; Extrema Ratio has revised according to its style this knife belonging to Japanese tradition giving it a more tactical look than the original. While retaining the characteristic chisel rounding, KIRI has a special tip designed to achieve a high penetration efficiency. 

Extrema Ratio KIRI is available in Dark Stone and Satin finishes, both made of Böhler N690 steel hardened to 58HRC. The handle consists of two black-colored anodized anticorodal aluminum grips.
