Microtech Marfione Custom ANAX - Limited Series 2015
In 2015, Anthony Marfione created a limited and numbered series of the famous ANAX, a folding integral knife that marked a turning point in custom design. Winner of the “Most Innovative Knife of the Year” award at the 2014 Blade Show, the ANAX combines functionality, futuristic aesthetics, and top-of-the-line materials. Master of Defense, an eclectic American brand no longer in business and subsequently acquired by Blackhawk! Blades produced various tactical and military types of folding and fixed knives, all made in collaboration with well-known Knifemakers such as Elishewitz, Janick, Keating, Ayoob, Watson and Casillas.

The new "Bellator" is the first SYSTEMA knife, that ES and Andreas Weitzel -one of the leading SYSTEMA trainers- have jointly developed. Andreas Weitzel has contributed with his practical expertise in the field of Russian ´combat and self-defence´. The knife is made of proven Böhler N695 stainless steel and comes with anti-slip G-10 grips. The shape of the handle has been influenced by the Cossack sabre, also knows as the `Schaschka`. The basic principle of the `Schaschka`is that it facilitates `grip, draw and strike` in a single, fluent movement. The large screws, the indentation in the middle part of the grip and the ergonomical finger geometry enable excellent handling and rapid change of hold. This makes the `Bellator` excellent for self-defence. This knife is also a superb choice for hunters, outdoor fans and survival specialists. For flexible carrying ES have chosen a Kydex sheath with belt adapter. Weight 220 g, blade 11,7 cm, overall 23,7 cm.
