The Solid frame-lock handle, already a distinguishing feature of lionSTEEL, is machined from a solid piece of Ergal aluminum, while the blade is made of CPM MagnaCut steel.
Other built-in features make the knife more comfortable and safer to use, allowing the end user to choose how to use it:
* REF (REmovable Flipper system): this feature allows you to choose how to use the knife, if you don't want the flipper you can unscrew it and remove it using the torx tool and insert the second "cap" screw that fits perfectly into the hole at the bottom of the blade.
* Wave: Ernest Emerson's patented system that allows the blade to catch on the pocket of the pants, on extraction, allowing it to open automatically with the right motion.
