The new Viper GMR fixed-blade knife, designed by Fabrizio Silvestrelli, takes its name from the initials of the founders of Tecnocut-Viper, paying homage to the brand’s artisanal origins and the Italian tradition of crafting high-quality knives.

Designed to ensure reliability, durability, and maximum functionality, the GMR stands out for its unique one-piece handle with an exposed tang—a solid and functional design that ensures a secure grip, excellent control during use, and easy cleaning even under the most demanding conditions.

The Hybrid Cryo steel blade, developed by Midgard Messer with support from the Austrian manufacturer Böhler, strikes a perfect balance between performance and practicality. Thanks to the cryogenic treatment and optimized hardness of 59–61 HRC, this steel offers an excellent combination of toughness, corrosion resistance, edge retention, and ease of resharpening, making it well-suited to the specific needs of a knife intended for daily use and outdoor activities.
