Expat has traveled thousands of miles around the Third World, sometimes with the ESEE team, but always with ESEE products. From armored caravans in Colombia and expeditions to the Himalayas, to earthquakes in El Salvador and hunting in the Balkans, ESEE knives have been a constant companion. He has been a student, translator and instructor for Randall's Adventure Training. Knife Traditional Chilean army combat, CORVO origins are mysterious, probably arrived in the New World alongside the Spanish Conquistadors who, in turn, had "appreciated" in the war against the Moors. Undoubted affinity with Jambiya, traditional Arab knife still typical accessory menswear Yemeni.

The CORVO, the protagonist of the Pacific War, was realized in many variants the most common of which are the "Corvo Curvo" with a blade that folds almost 90°, version to which we were inspired by the "Corvo Aracameño", longest but with gentle curvature of the blade, which favors more flexibility of use.

Takeshi Saji was born in 1948 in Takefu (prefecture of Fukui), a city located roughly in the center of Japan and in the heart of an area for centuries devoted to the production of blades. His lab is still there, built around the oven thanks to which, for several years now, Takeshi Saji Steel products (especially damask) with which he made various models of traditional Japanese knives. The choice of materials for finishes (mostly natural), the essential lines - evocative use - and the color combinations of rare impact make his accomplishments unique and unmistakable in the panorama of the cutlery world and at home, have earned him the prestigious Master title.
