Microtech Marfione Custom ANAX - Limited Series 2015
In 2015, Anthony Marfione created a limited and numbered series of the famous ANAX, a folding integral knife that marked a turning point in custom design. Questo coltello, nato dalla collaborazione con il designer Puddu è stato prodotto in serie limitata e numerata con materiali molto pregiati come il mokume-gane per le mostrine ed il damasci inox RWL34 per la lama. Il mokume-gane che letteralmente significa moku=legno me=occhio gane=metallo è composto da alpacca e bronzo per dare ottimo contrasto e garantirne la durata. Questa lega ha origini giapponesima verso la fine del 1800 Tiffany & Co. lo introdusse anche negli stati uniti utilizzandolo nella realizzazione di pregiati gioielli
