The “LionSTEEL-Emerson ONE” project is back and the L.E.One Mid was created as a compact, ultra-light edition of our original and larger SOLID folding karambit, developed in collaboration with Emerson Design. The SOLID frame-lock handle — a LionSTEEL hallmark — is milled from a single solid piece of Ergal aluminum while the blade is crafted from Bohler M390 steel.

The reversible stainless steel clip can be mounted on the opposite side by screwing in the corresponding square steel post.

A steel insert is positioned at the end of the handle scale where the lock engages, preventing aluminum wear from contact with the blade during opening.

The patented Wave opening: Ernest Emerson created the Emerson Wave Feature so the knife automatically opens when drawn from the pocket at the correct angle. It is the fastest opening system in the world — faster than many automatics, because the extraction motion itself deploys the blade.

The “LionSTEEL-Emerson ONE” project is back, and L.E.One Mid was created as a compact and super-light edition of our first and largest folding karambit SOLID, developed in collaboration with Emerson Design. Whether for the cozy warmth of your fireplace at home or a campfire in front of your tent, the practical Boker Plus Appalachian Origin Mini Axe is a compact and versatile tool that is indispensable for camping and home use.

Like the other models in the series, the axe head is made of 1055 carbon steel with a Rhenish shape. However, there are three fundamental differences: while the Small and Big models have a robust, universal sharpening, the Origin Mini axe blade has a polished sharpening that also allows for practical carving work, such as engraving sticks. In addition, the axe head is left with a forged surface. Finally, long-fiber ash wood is used for the handle, which, unlike hickory, transmits less vibration to the hand holding the axe.

The VULPIS series was born out of the need to create a compact, versatile, multi-purpose knife with a modern design that perfectly matches historical products. The inspiration for the creation of this line starts from the DUCA, the name of the typical multi-purpose knife of the people of Maniago, a knife that originated in the second half of the 1800s in Maniago, when hunting knife sharpeners with different sized blades, ivory toothpicks and tweezers for removing thorns were made.

These knives were presented at the 1888 National Exposition in Turin by the Bet Giovanni company, which won a gold medal for the quality of its products. So it was that, most likely, Luigi Amedeo di Savoia, Duke of the Abruzzi, decided to visit one of the company's two stores in Turin, where he saw and ordered the four-bladed multi-purpose knife, which he chose as part of the equipment for the North Pole expedition he commanded in 1899.

The teeth allow it to cut larger ropes or textile materials, the remaining smooth part has the classic function of a knife. The second blade is a scalpel, which can be used for extremely precise cuts and for emergency first aid interventions. The third blade, on the back of the first, is the smallest of the 3, it has the function of cutting lines, capable of cutting paracord and aramid material.

The interaction of the main blade with the scalpel allows the operator to make a quick emergency cut to free any injured person from his or her clothing.

The line cutter blade and the scalpel are both interchangeable.

It can be housed in a breast pocket, in small flashlight holsters or inside a single loop of the M.O.L.L.E. system. On the back there is also a hard metal glass breaker.

Equipped with a flipper assisted opening system, the blade rotates on ball bearings which allow a smooth and uncertain movement of the blade. This mechanism allows the operator to open the blade quickly and easily, even with just one hand. The locking system adopted is the well-tested liner lock. With a lower weight and smaller size than its big brother Big Leuku - the small Leuku is a versatile outdoor tool with properties slightly more similar to those of a bushcraft knife.
