The Chnops Tactical is a more aggressive and functional reinterpretation of the original Chnops design, intended for tactical and high-performance use.

The Hybrid Cryo steel blade, developed by Midgard Messer with support from the Austrian manufacturer Böhler, offers an excellent balance of toughness, ease of resharpening, and corrosion resistance, with a hardness optimized between HRC 59-61 thanks to cryogenic treatment. This solution allows the material’s characteristics to be tailored to the specific needs of each knife, improving its overall performance.

The blade design, inspired by tactical lines, emphasizes control, penetration, and structural strength, while the flipper system ensures quick and intuitive opening in any situation. The black G10 handle and robust construction ensure high safety in use and superior control even in the most demanding conditions, making this model a reliable and modern technical tool.

Featuring a 1.4116 stainless steel drop point blade with a toxic satin finish, the Fire Ant unleashes its powerful bite with flipper activation. The double detent ball mechanism keeps the blade firmly open, thanks to two balls inside the liner that exert pressure on the open blade. To close it, simply overcome the spring resistance.

The textured black polypropylene handle ensures an excellent grip, while several industrious “teammates” make their mark in the form of bright red spacers, removable tweezers, and a reversible tip-up clip.
