The new version of the Benchmade 940 Osborne reimagines one of the most iconic models in the brand’s history, preserving its EDC essence while elevating it with premium materials and finishes.

The reverse-spout blade, crafted from CPM S90V steel with an FDE PVD Battlewash finish, combines wear resistance with exceptional cutting performance, offering a versatile profile suitable for both precision work and more intensive tasks.

The opening mechanism features dual thumb studs, designed to ensure intuitive and fully ambidextrous use, allowing the knife to be opened with either the thumb or a reverse flick. The lightweight Taiga Green aluminum handle ensures sturdiness and ease of handling, enhanced by burnt copper hardware that lends it a distinctive and modern character.

The AXIS Lock closure system guarantees safety and smooth operation, while the reversible clip allows for discreet and adaptable carry for both right- and left-handed users.

We decided to innovate with this premium Bugout®, blending distinctive materials and details. Inspired by the natural tones of outdoor gear, the 535-09 Bugout® is distinguished by its grips that combine a gray 6061-T6 anodized aluminum bolster with a Redstone Richlite onlay, enhanced by vibrant color touches such as the orange anodized thumb stud and backspacer.

The CPM-S90V blade with stonewashed polished finish provides exceptional performance while maintaining the light weight and compactness that have made the Bugout® series ideal for EDC and outdoor adventures, from the mountain trail to everyday city activities.
