* Checked and certified by our in-house laboratory1990s vintage gentleman's knife, produced in Japan by the historic company G. SAKAI, with a long tradition in knife-making. Founded in 1958 as "Sakai Hamono", it has its roots in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, a region famous in Japan for producing knives and swords for over 700 years.
Quality and innovation: The company was known for combining Japanese craftsmanship with advanced technologies. It produced a wide range of knives, from hunting and bushcraft knives to kitchen knives, and was internationally recognized for its high overall quality and excellent sharpening.
G. Sakai collaborated with many knife brands worldwide and also produced licensed knives for other companies.
