This traditionally designed Laguiole knife bears the LOG (Laguiole Origine Garantie) quality mark, which means it was made entirely by hand in Laguiole by a master blacksmith in accordance with strict quality criteria and LOG production specifications. Knife withdrawn from private collection - Overall in good condition, has some minor wear marks on the aluminum handle. On the other hand, the blade is in excellent condition and still has the factory sharpening - The knife is without packaging and certificates, but comes with the original Nylon sheath - Checked and certified by our in-house laboratory.
