Even finer sharpening with the ceramic honing disc.

After using the HORL diamond grinding wheel, the ceramic honing disc allows you to further thin the knife for an even finer sharpening and a smooth, polished blade. Through a complex shot-blasting process, ceramic particles are applied to the stainless steel disc at high temperatures and speed.

The ceramic honing disc is pre-assembled on the HORL 3 "Classic" and "Pro" models; you can purchase this replacement if needed or if you want to replace the one initially provided with your sharpener.

Compatible exclusively with HORL 3 sharpeners in the "Classic" and "Pro" series

Premium Set consisting of two sharpening stones with grit #3000 and #6000 and a leather strop to be used at the end to remove any grinding residues and provide the final sharpening.

The set is designed to further refine the sharpening process result after using the diamond and ceramic discs included by default in the HORL 3 sharpeners. 

The two discs are simply attached to the sharpener in place of the standard ones and are intended to refine the edge of your high-quality knives. The stones can be used without water.
