The Whetstone Knife Sharpener brings the authentic feel of a water stone into the modern era. The dual-grit stone (1000/6000) allows for both sharpening and honing, while the water-controlled base keeps your work area clean and stable.

Removable 15° and 17° angle guides help maintain a consistent angle, ideal for both those new to sharpening stones and those who want precise, repeatable results.

TECHNICAL NOTES FOR ENTHUSIASTS:
The combination of 1000/6000 grits allows for balanced sharpening progression: 1000 is ideal for restoring the edge profile and correcting micro-chips, while 6000 allows for a fine finish that improves cutting ability and smoothness without compromising edge durability.

The 15° and 17° angle guides reproduce the geometries commonly used in kitchen knives and high-performance knives, providing a constant and repeatable reference. The stable base and water control promote smooth strokes and uniform pressure, key elements for achieving a symmetrical, continuous, and technically correct edge.

EOS Prawn – The first friction folder by EOS
The Prawn marks EOS's debut in the world of friction folders, offering a compact and robust solution for everyday use. Featuring a flamed titanium handle and CPM-S35VN sintered steel blade, it combines robustness and exclusive design.
