The KA-BAR EK Folder EK201 marks the debut of the first folding knife in the EK series. Designed by renowned designer Ondřej Němec (already known for his collaborations with Acta Non Verba), it combines a decisive tactical character with a sober and discreet design. The CPM S35VN steel blade, an evolution of the famous S30V, is created using the Crucible Particle Metallurgy process, which guarantees a fine and uniform microstructure. GOCCIA packs a sleek look into a sturdy frame with incredible ergonomics.

With this design by Jens Anso we would like to pay homage to one of the essential elements that gave rise to the production of knives in Maniago, Water, which in 1453 moved the hammers to forge the first blades and which has guided the evolution of our craft tradition. The concentric ellipses worked in 3D on the handle recall the ripples created by a drop falling into the water, forms and moments of liquid energy: origin and propagation of water.
