The Benchmade Foray 698-181 Gold Class is one of the most prestigious interpretations of the compact Foray, produced by Benchmade as a Limited Edition from the Gold Class series, the line dedicated to the most exclusive models in the American manufacturer's production.

Gold Class represents the pinnacle of the Benchmade philosophy: selected models are reinterpreted using premium materials, special machining and superior finishes, transforming a production knife into an object primarily intended for collecting.

From renowned Danish designer Jens Anso, the ZT 0235 is an evolution of the 0230 model, offering premium performance in a top class knife. The spear point blade features a double detent system, which ensures secure blade closure during transport and a second detent position at mid-opening for controlled opening and closing. Made of CPM-20CV steel, the blade offers exceptional wear resistance and long-lasting sharpness. Its chromium content, among the highest among high-vanadium steels, also gives it outstanding corrosion resistance.
