Biographical Note:
Bud Nealy is universally recognized as one of the best knifemakers in the world. He is also known as the inventor of the MCS (Multi Concealment Sheath) system that allows the knife to be placed securely in any type of position. And it is because of these two requirements that every day hundreds of his MCS systems are used by police officers, undercover agents, S.W.A.T. and R.A.I.D. members, U.S. embassy guards, Bodyguards and Air Rangers.

The Ti-Lock mechanism was originally designed to isolate the locking mechanism from the handle of the knife so that it can offer greater freedom of design.
