From the very beginning, their compact size and shape made them ideal companions for everyday use. And that has not changed to this day. Like the Alpha Two X, on the occasion of the company's 10th anniversary, with the original handle design from the first generation. The new Classic Edition also features other details, such as the locking mechanism, the pocket clip that can be mounted on either the right or left side, and the two-handed blade opening.

It is not only the Pohl Force that is celebrating an anniversary, but also the designer and company founder Dietmar Pohl. In the early 1990s, now 30 years ago, he created his first knife designs on paper, thus opening a new chapter in his life. The Japanese steel manufacturer Hitachi's ATS-34, which is the counterpart to the American 154CM steel, was one of the most popular steels of the time. For almost a decade, ATS-34 steel remained the first choice of custom knife manufacturers, before powder metallurgy steel took off in the 2000s. To mark the company's anniversary, Dietmar Pohl was able to obtain 'his' steel again in a very limited quantity and use it for the Classic Edition of the Bravo One / Two. The highly corrosion-resistant ATS-34 impresses with its exceptional sharpness and high edge retention.

Although it was never officially introduced, it clearly demonstrated its capabilities in the Vietnam War, especially in the hands of American special forces. In addition, the Pohl Force Prepper System has been integrated into the handle of the Quebec Two to safely store survival items inside the handle. A tool to open the handle screws is included. Pohl Force's new scabbard system allows for greatly increased use. The highly elaborate sheath, made of 2.5-mm-thick Kydex, with belt adapter and leg strap, allows for high carrying comfort. We don't know where your next expedition will take you, but one thing's for sure: there's nothing more important than reliable, quality gear. In designing our flagship P500, we combined the seemingly incompatible. We ground the high-quality Swedish Sleipner steel blade at two different angles. Near the handle is a high sharpness suitable for normal cutting and finer work, while the front has a very durable low, bellied sharpness that shifts the knife's center of gravity significantly toward the tip allowing you to use it on hardwoods and materials with great power. For safe and controlled work, the back of the "five hundred" handle also widens significantly which, in combination with the grippy G10 composite surface, forms a secure and comfortable grip.

With the new Compact models, designer Dietmar Pohl has developed a series of extremely robust and very compact knives for everyday use.

The focus is on the massive, classic Bowie blade of the Compact One, which is 88 millimeters long and designed to be enormously solid with a thickness of 6 mm. The well-known D2 tool steel was chosen for the blade's high cutting strength and resilience. The surface of the blade has a tactical, non-reflective TiNi titanium nitriding coating that provides excellent protection against external corrosives.

The reduced handle design is the basis for the knife's very compact size. The pleasantly rounded tang and cleverly designed finger recesses, in combination with the G-10 handle grips, which are also CNC milled, provide a good, secure grip. Distinctive grooves in the front area of the grip serve as an index finger and thumb rest.

The Compact One BK is equipped with a robust, high-quality Kydex sheath in black. The Tac-Clip belt adapter, which can be mounted in various positions, allows flexible and safe carrying.

La robusta lama spear point lunga 20 centimetri e spessa 6 millimetri è adatta per un'ampia gamma di applicazioni. Per un'elevata ritenzione del filo e resilienza della lama, la scelta è ricaduta sul noto acciaio per utensili D2.

La finitura stonewashed crea una superficie antigraffio e aumenta anche la resistenza della lama alla corrosione. Il design delle guancette a forma di gradino offorno una presa eccellente e sicura. Per lavori potenti o delicati, l'incavo delle dita pronunciato e anche arrotondato davanti alla protezione consente al coltello di protendersi in avanti. Un foro nascosto all'estremità della maniglia offre la possibilità di montare un cordino (incluso).

Il fodero in Kydex del Tactical Nine ha uno spessore del materiale di 2,5 millimetri che fornisce la base per un sistema di trasporto ben congegnato e resistente e che soddisfa pienamente le elevate esigenze poste in pratica su un coltello tattico. Un cosciale, regolabile all'infinito nelle dimensioni, con chiusura a scatto consente di fissarlo alla coscia di chi lo indossa.

With the Pohl Force MK-8 and MK-9 knives at its side, the legendary Rambo series (1982-2019), which like no other has made the knife the most important part of its equipment on the big screen, comes to an end.

The Pohl Force LAST BLOOD® CNC² Edition MK-8 is a perfectly designed knife in the classic Bowie style that, despite its historical roots, presents itself as a modern, tactical tool in the unmistakable Pohl design.

The black surface with three-dimensional millings on the handle sits in chromatic contrast to the two-tone finish blade.
