The D2 tool steel blade with Blackwash PTFE treatment offers high hardness, excellent edge retention, and an anti-reflective finish, while the black G10 handle ensures lightness and a secure grip. The handle is decorated with classic "dice eyes" that are meant to turn the knife in a valuable amulet against the evil eye. After marriage these knives were usually hung on the wall above the bed.
