Charles de Buyer takes the bull by the horns and launches the Boker Plus Tavros (from the Greek, “bull”) into the arena, an EDC with an impetuous character. The French knife maker from Opus Knives, who lives in Canada, lives his passion as a true art form, paying extreme attention to every detail. With its progressive design, Persian-style D2 steel blade with a satin finish, and black G10 scales, this full tang fixed blade is already champing at the bit to prove itself. The silhouette of the blade recalls the horns of a bull, while the designer's unmistakable teardrop hole evokes an evil eye.

The Tavros is at its best when faced with demanding tasks such as cutting cardboard or opening packaging: real challenges that unleash its full power. The ergonomic grooves in the handle, the full tang, and the thumb rest ensure a comfortable grip, stability, and maximum safety during use. There is also a lanyard hole at the end of the handle, designed for attaching straps. Polish knife maker David Hás accompanied the Boker Plus Pollywog throughout its metamorphosis, from blank sheet to debut in the EDC world.

Inspired by the charm of nature, the Cronos Knives designer carefully shaped the form and composition of this fixed blade knife, taking inspiration from the tadpole from which it takes its name. The satin-finished drop-point blade recalls the tail of the small amphibian and guides the Neck Knife confidently through everyday life, thanks to the exceptional properties of Nitro-V steel. This material is distinguished by its high edge retention and low susceptibility to corrosion, making even small outdoor cutting jobs easy.

Charming knife used by the Japanese farmer.

As is typical for many agricultural implements, this Japanese knife is also extremely simple but the result of a centuries-old improvement that has found the difficult balance between form and function, and between cost and benefit.

The main feature is certainly the quality of the blade, in fact it uses a three-layer San Mai steel, of which the very hard one in the center.

It has a razor wire, as befits a tool created to cut and not just to be displayed in display cases.
