The Spartan SHF is the result of a collaboration between Spartan Blades, Tu Lam of Ronin Tactics, and renowned knife designer Bill Harsey.

Designed as a high-performance folder, the SHF is intended for EDC, tactical, and field use, combining ruggedness, ergonomics, and precision craftsmanship.

The 3.95" blade in Chad Nichols Damascus stainless steel is the heart of the design, complemented by a construction made almost entirely of titanium: with the exception of the blade, pivot, and lock pin, every structural component is crafted from this material, ensuring an ideal balance between lightness and strength.

The ergonomic handle is designed for intensive use, with finger grooves and jimping that improve grip even in critical conditions. The internal anti-over-travel system protects the opening mechanism, while the reversible titanium clip allows for ambidextrous tip-up carry. I designed the ATCF in 1986-87 inspired by my experience with military and security personnel in Central America and the United States. I wanted to create a unique knife that was lightweight yet sturdy, easily accessible and conveniently carried on various garments, completely corrosion-proof, ambidextrous to open and close, and usable with one hand.

The ATCF was the first tactical knife to be fully assembled with screws instead of pins and rivets.
I invented the thumb disk to facilitate opening with both hands. This became a widely copied feature of the ATCF and is used on many other knives by manufacturers around the world.

The ATCF was the first pocket knife to use a knurl on the top of the blade that matches the finger guard at the base of the handle when the blade is closed. The knurl and guard provide protection and a firm grip when the knife is in use. The original ATCF already used a pocket clip to be accessible in various body positions. 

The ATCF is one of the most copied knife shapes in the knife world, and as I often like to proudly say, “The ATCF is the shape...that shaped the whole industry!”

T4000S is a reworking of the Japanese Wakizashi short sword that the Samurai carried at all times in contact with the body. It is a timeless tactical tool that does not follow any fashion but faithfully respects the Extrema Ratio philosophy aimed at fulfilling all functional requirements.

This model continues Extrema Ratio's purest Tanto series designed especially for lovers of the Japanese blade profile, who do not want to give up typical tactical accessories such as textile sheath and special polymer handle. Its name evokes and pays homage to the heroic Black Caimans of the Piave, a department of Royal Navy Arditi and other components on a volunteer basis, who during World War I swam across the Piave River to carry out raids into enemy territory.

Notes: rare handcrafted knife made in March 1990 by well-known German knifemaker Peter Herbs, a member of the German Knifemakers' Guild and a member of the very prestigious American Knifemakers' Guild.

Katla, designed by Jesper Voxnaes, is a liner lock folding knife, featuring a Tanto profile blade with a bevel that enhances the excellent cutting qualities of the Böhler M390, hardened at 59/61 HRC.

The rotating mechanism is provided by thrust bearings, and it can be opened with either the double thumb stud or the very fast flipper.

The detail that characterizes the Katla is the 3D processing of the handle at both ends of the bolster, which reinterprets in a modern key, the inlays of the classic Viper models.

The flat edges and the titanium clip allow for comfortable and discreet carry.
