Buck - 122 Nemo Diving Knife 1967 White Teflon - PRIVATE COLLECTION

* Manuals, Certificates and Warranties: Original BUCK NEMO documentation with use and maintenance instructions included
* Inspected and Certified by our in-house laboratoryThe Buck 122 Nemo is one of the most fascinating and collectible knives from Buck's early production history and represents an important chapter in the development of the American brand. Introduced in 1967, the Nemo was specifically designed as a professional diving knife for divers requiring a strong, powerful and dependable tool for use in marine environments.
The Nemo design would subsequently give rise to the celebrated Buck 124 Frontiersman. During the earliest stages of production, the two models were essentially identical in terms of knife construction and were distinguished primarily by their equipment: the 122 Nemo was supplied with a dedicated synthetic diving sheath designed to be strapped to the leg, whereas the Frontiersman was marketed with a traditional leather sheath for outdoor use.
The example offered here belongs to one of the rarest and most desirable configurations within the Nemo/Frontiersman family: the early 1967 commercial production with white Teflon spacers. According to historical documentation from the Buck Collectors Club, the estimated production for this configuration was only 300-500 examples.
Its construction details are highly distinctive: a black phenolic handle, thin white Teflon spacers, a robust stainless-steel guard and the characteristic one-piece stainless-steel bird's-beak pommel, complete with a lanyard hole at the end.
The blade marking is also significant for dating the knife. The ricasso bears the simple two-line “BUCK / U.S.A.” stamp, without the 122 model number. Buck introduced systematic model-number markings only in later years, making this early configuration immediately recognizable to knowledgeable collectors.
The large plain-edge blade is made from 440C stainless steel, one of the reference steels used by Buck during this period and selected for its strong cutting performance, toughness and good corrosion resistance. Nevertheless, the Nemo's intended underwater use required particularly careful maintenance after exposure to salt water, something Buck specifically emphasized in the documentation originally supplied with the knife.
This example retains its rare original Buck Nemo diving sheath, made from rigid synthetic material and complete with adjustable straps for attachment to the diver's leg. The presence of the Nemo-specific sheath is particularly important, as it distinguishes this configuration from the contemporary Buck 124 Frontiersman.
The set also retains the original large two-piece ivory-colored Buck Knife box, typical of the earliest production period, and most importantly the rare original “BUCK NEMO” instruction sheet, in which Buck explained the characteristics of the steel and provided specific instructions for proper blade maintenance following use in water.
The knife is in excellent condition considering its age. The blade retains a very uniform satin finish and shows no evident corrosion; the handle, guard and pommel are likewise very well preserved. Only minor surface marks consistent with almost sixty years of storage and handling are visible.
The original sheath is complete and in excellent overall condition, with normal superficial signs of age. The box shows more evident staining, yellowing and storage marks, entirely consistent with its age. The original documentation is present and further enhances the historical importance and completeness of this set.
A 1967 Buck 122 Nemo with white Teflon spacers is already a highly significant piece in Buck history; finding one still accompanied by its original diving sheath, box and BUCK NEMO documentation makes this example particularly desirable for a collection dedicated to early Buck knives, American military and professional knives, or the history of diving knives.

Folding knife made according to specifications requested by the Italian Army unit 185th RAO (Regiment for Target Acquisition) and currently in service with the same unit. The service version differs from the civilian one only by the complete absence of writings or logos on the blade.
HISTORICAL NOTES ON THE UNIT:
The 185th RAO of the "Folgore" is a unit with ancient traditions, yet relatively new in its current form. It was established on 3 April 2000 following the reorganization of the 185th Paratroopers Artillery Regiment. Based in Livorno, it is an atypical artillery unit currently included within the Special Forces framework.
Composed entirely of volunteer personnel, the 185th RAO selects its members through physical tests and a qualification course structured in modules of increasing difficulty. The tasks assigned to RAO operators are numerous and highly sensitive: they involve gathering information on enemy targets and relaying it to command. More generally, this can be described as reconnaissance in sensitive areas.
"It is therefore clear," the Army emphasizes, "that the activity of the acquisition operator takes place mainly in hostile territory, in small self-sufficient teams operating in isolation."
RAO paratroopers are specialists in infiltration and exfiltration techniques and are able to operate in the field for up to 8–10 days without external resupply. They know how to avoid capture, escape and evade from enemy-controlled areas and, above all, how to identify, define and assess strategically relevant targets. Since 2002, the year of its reorganization, detachments of the 185th Regiment have operated in all major operational theaters: from the Balkans to Afghanistan and Iraq. In these areas they mainly carry out medium- and long-range reconnaissance and surveillance activities within the area of responsibility of the Italian contingent.

Laguiole En Aubrac - Fly No. 13 Double-Plated Feather Collection - Handcrafted Ebony Wood Knife with Hand-Engraved Spring
On a Laguiole knife, the “bee” or mouche is much more than a simple decorative element: it represents one of the most distinctive symbols of French artisanal tradition. Positioned at the tip of the spring, over time it has become a true stylistic signature through which each artisan expresses their mastery.
In high-end models, the mouche is forged in a single piece with the spring and then finished by hand—a detail that sets the most prestigious Laguiole knives apart.
In this particular interpretation, the traditional bee gives way to the “Fly No. 13,” a handcrafted fly entirely hand-chiseled, which replaces the classic motif with an even more refined and distinctive design. An element of strong character, capable of uniting symbolism and engraving mastery.
The rear spring is entirely handcrafted, enhanced by hand-engraved details that highlight every aspect, while the presence of double brass heads and double hand-engraved brass plates lends depth, solidity, and a distinctly French elegance.
The design is completed by the exquisite ebony handle, a noble material chosen for its rich color and durability, which lends balance and prestige to the entire piece.
The production process, carried out entirely by hand, requires time, precision, and extensive artisanal expertise, making each piece unique.
This detail is not merely aesthetic but a tangible expression of savoir-faire, tradition, and the art of French cutlery.

Boker Plus - Inarsil Folder by Midgards Messer - Dual Tone D2 & Black G10 - 01BP0061 - knife
Forged from the legacy of Narsil, Isildur’s glorious sword, the Böker Plus Inarsil is the result of a collaboration between Jörg Sprave and Midgards Messer, a masterpiece of timeless charm. A symbol of hope and courage in Middle-earth, Narsil—whose name evokes Anar (Sun) and Isil (Moon)—was broken during the Battle of the Last Alliance, losing its ancient power forever.
With the Böker Plus Inarsil, that small flame shines once more in the form of a tactical folding knife whose aesthetics are inspired by great fantasy swords. The symmetrical single-edged blade, with a dagger profile, opens quickly and precisely via a ball-bearing-mounted flipper; once open, the flipper also acts as a guard, increasing safety and control during use. The central scabbard and refined satin finish further enhance the “sword-style” look.
Made of D2 steel, the blade guarantees high wear resistance and excellent edge retention, making the Inarsil a reliable companion for both daily use and the most demanding outdoor activities.
The ergonomic handle echoes the perfect symmetry of the tactical design. The weight-reducing milled sections and carefully engineered balance ensure a firm grip and dynamic handling. The front features black G10 scales, while the stainless steel back maintains a classic, robust elegance. The liner lock secures the blade safely and reliably.
To preserve the clean aesthetic inspired by legendary swords, the knife has no pocket clip; instead, a triangular hole on the pommel allows for the attachment of a lanyard.

Positioned at the end of the spring, this small sculpture originated historically as a functional element, but over time has become a true stylistic signature, through which each artisan expresses their skill and sensibility.
In high-end models, the bee is not applied but forged from a single piece together with the spring and finished entirely by hand. It is precisely in these details that the authentic quality of a Laguiole is recognized.
In this variant, the bee stands out for its elegant floral design inspired by the hibiscus, with harmonious motifs that extend along the rear spring as well. This type of decoration, complex and highly refined, requires time, precision, and great craftsmanship, making each piece unique.
A detail that is not merely aesthetic, but a concrete expression of savoir-faire and tradition.

Boker Plus - Fafo - Black Coating 440C & Black G10 - 02BP0021 - fixed-blade knife
Tactical, dynamic, lightning-fast! With the Böker Plus Fafo, designer Robert Kohut has created a true masterpiece. It’s no coincidence that his original design, initially shared on a knife forum, made it into mass production. The silhouette of this fixed-blade knife clearly evokes that of a throwing knife.
More than just for scoring points, this model with its tactical aesthetic, full-tang construction, and discreet black finish is designed to handle everyday cutting tasks: opening boxes, preparing packages, or cutting ropes with efficiency.
The 440C steel blade ensures excellent hardness, good edge retention, and corrosion resistance in any situation. The black titanium coating on the symmetrical single-bevel drop-point blade emphasizes its tactical character while offering protection from scratches and reducing glare.
The minimalist design continues in the slim G10 handle, which evokes the shape of a gladius, with a rounded pommel for a secure and balanced grip. The fine jimping on the spine ensures control and precision, while the weight reliefs at the base of the blade and on the pommel reduce the overall weight. The rear openings also serve as decorative hollow rivets, ideal for attaching a lanyard.
Lightweight yet sturdy, the Böker Plus Fafo is perfect as a tactical utility knife for law enforcement, special units, or anyone seeking a reliable, compact, and durable blade. The black Kydex sheath with belt adapter ensures safe and versatile carry.
The designer has also chosen to forgo his royalties, donating them to cancer research: a meaningful gesture that underscores his commitment to an important cause.

Laguiole En Aubrac - Evergreen Bee - Handcrafted pistachio wood knife with hand-engraved spring
On the Laguiole knife, the “bee” – or mouche – is much more than a simple decorative element: it represents one of the most distinctive symbols of French artisanal tradition.
The “Evergreen Bee” variant stands out for its even more refined craftsmanship: instead of the bee, motifs inspired by continuous vegetation take center stage, with intricate leaves branching out across the spring itself. This type of finish, complex and highly decorative, requires time, precision, and great artisanal skill, making each piece unique.

ExtremaRatio - Fulcrum Bayonet EVO NFG - Black N690Co & Black Forprene - Multi-purpose Knife
Following the success of the FULCRUM multi-purpose knife, the bayonet version was developed, designed for even more specific and demanding applications. Like the FULCRUM, the bayonet is an extremely robust and versatile knife: the blade withstands breaking loads exceeding 150 kg, the tip is extremely durable, and the profile allows for extended use without compromising the sharpness of the cutting edge. The forward-shifted center of gravity, combined with the blade’s weight, ensures excellent performance in the most demanding field work, offering power and control even under the toughest conditions.
The 2026 EVO model introduces a major design update: the knife’s tang now features a completely redesigned structure, engineered to improve structural rigidity and optimize stress management during the most intense use, while also offering a more precise and secure feel during technical tasks.
This specific civilian NFG (No Fixing Gear) version retains the same operational structure but lacks the rifle attachment mechanisms, making it more streamlined, lightweight, and geared toward professional outdoor use.
