As one of the four smiths, the dwarf Dvalin crafted the Brisingamen necklace for the Germanic goddess of love, Freya. In Norse mythology, this special jewel was attributed with magic, love, but also pain and suffering. Freya's tears in the sky always promised rich fruits on earth.

However, it was the wrath of the father of the gods, Odin, that often drove the goddess of love to instigate wars in the world of men. Dirk Hofmeister from Midgards Messer was inspired by the art of Nordic forging and created the folding blade version of the beloved Little Dvalin.

The powerful Dvalin Folder Tanto stands out for its compact size and features a Tanto blade in D2 steel with ball bearings, finished with a rough stonewash appearance and equipped with a deep groove on both sides for opening the folding knife using the recess as a nail lever.

The groove on the top of the blade provides a secure support for the thumb during complex cutting operations. To celebrate Pohl Force's 15th anniversary, the popular Bravo One and Two Gen. 1 folding knife models are being reissued with a few minor updates.

From the very beginning, their compact size and shape made them ideal companions for everyday use. And that has not changed to this day. Like the Alpha Two X, on the occasion of the company's 10th anniversary, with the original handle design from the first generation. The new Classic Edition also features other details, such as the locking mechanism, the pocket clip that can be mounted on either the right or left side, and the two-handed blade opening.

It is not only the Pohl Force that is celebrating an anniversary, but also the designer and company founder Dietmar Pohl. We know that many of our customers are increasingly concerned about the weight and bulk of their EDC (every day carry) knife as space in their pockets is always very limited. Il BF2 è un chiudibile “full size” particolarmente indicato per l’impiego professionale da parte di operatori militari e di polizia sul campo. L’impugnatura è salda e confortevole; la clip, reversibile ed avvolgente, diventa un utile e comodo appoggio per il pollice in “reverse grip”. La guancetta è piena con i caratteristici piani ribassati per impegnare i “pin” d’apertura senza che sporgano dal profilo del coltello chiuso. S.E.R.E. 2, adopted by the Operational Group of Italian Navy Incursors, is the development of the S.E.R.E. 1, created by a study group composed of Special Forces operators, martial artists and experts in survival techniques. This variant 2 has been revised according to the needs expressed by the Department.

The acronym S.E.R.E. refers to the four principles "Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape" which make up the training program provided to military personnel at high risk of capture.

The S.E.R.E. 2 is suitable for both tip and cut use. The unique grip, unlike the classic blades of this type, is fixed between the index and the middle, thus forming a single axis from the tip of the blade to the user's wrist, allowing its use also in reverse grip. The handle has the same ergonomics as the butt of a firearm; this grip allows an instinctive and immediate use, being able to easily integrate the training in the training activity.

The geometry of the tip ensures maximum penetration, at the same time its axial profile with a triangular base protects its resistance. The design of the blade has on one side a partially serrated profile to favor the cutting of cordages, and on the other hand a classic cut or straps that, unlike the previous model, has re-sharpening and interchangeable blades.

The central loop, which has the dual function of lightening and turn-crickets, recalls the maritime origins of its creators. The peculiarity of the knife is that it has been specifically designed to be used even without the handle; the two holes in the part dedicated to the handle facilitate assembly.

The kydex sheath has a basic retention that can be used alone for operators who need extremely fast knife use, and a removable locking lock if necessary. The knife is supplied with double safety for ambidextrous mounting. An insert with a flat-blade screwdriver is available as an accessory. Comes with belt clip for belt fastening and paracord for fixing on the M.O.L.L.E. system.
