The Sanelli Ambrogio frozen food and ice knife cm 26 is a product with an almost unbeatable quality/price ratio.

FEATURES This product is equipped with a satin-finished blade made of Bonpertuis® special nitrogen stainless steel, whose adherence to the handle is total, so as to ensure maximum hygiene; speaking of the blade, its length is 26 cm. Hand-sharpened, the Sanelli Ambrogio frozen food and ice knife has a non-toxic, non-slip, ergonomic and abrasion-resistant handle. The laser marking of the logo is precise and indelible. Another prerogative of the knife is that it is made with a special serration, double for precision; the material it is made of makes it dishwasher safe, with a black TPE elastomer handle.
