EOS Prawn – The first friction folder by EOS
The Prawn marks EOS's debut in the world of friction folders, offering a compact and robust solution for everyday use. Featuring a flamed titanium handle and CPM-S35VN sintered steel blade, it combines robustness and exclusive design.

Although it does not have a blade lock, the adjustable washer system allows you to keep the blade in the open or closed position by adjusting the tension. Its compact size makes it ideal for carrying in your pocket, backpack, or tactical bag.

The Hisshou, meaning “certain victory,” is the modern incarnation of the Samurai fighting sword. Designed by James Williams, it is a specialized tool intended for military personnel and special forces operators. James developed this design to meet the specific demands of coalition forces abroad, who needed a more powerful tactical tool than his already widely used Hissatsu from CRKT.

Historically, military swords have been designed according to the combat environment. Long swords, such as the English broadsword and the Japanese katana, were primarily used in open battlefields. Enclosed or confined combat required shorter swords, such as the sailor's machete and the Japanese wakizashi, close in size to the Hisshou.

“Expat” is a real person. An instructor, adventurer, world traveler and many other things mixed together. While working in some of the most dangerous areas of South America, Expat contacted ESEE seeking jungle survival training in extreme scenarios. Thus began a close partnership that has now lasted for more than 15 years.

Expat has traveled thousands of miles around the Third World, sometimes with the ESEE team, but always with ESEE products. From armored caravans in Colombia and expeditions to the Himalayas, to earthquakes in El Salvador and hunting in the Balkans, ESEE knives have been a constant companion. He has been a student, translator and instructor for Randall's Adventure Training. During his time abroad, he developed unique insights into tools and adventures and is currently working with ESEE to bring these designs and experiences to others.
