The Zero Tolerance 0100 is one of the first knives produced by Zero Tolerance, the premium division of Kai USA, which was launched in 2006 to develop professional tools for military personnel, law enforcement, and first responders. The 0100 model was, in fact, one of the first three fixed-blade knives in the original lineup, alongside the 0121 and 0150 models.

The design bears the unmistakable stylistic signature of Ken Onion, the renowned American designer already responsible for numerous successes at Kershaw. The distinctive “S”-curved blade offers an unusual combination of cutting ability, power, and precision, making the ZT0100 suitable for both tactical applications and the most demanding outdoor use.

For its construction, Zero Tolerance chose CPM 3V, a steel then considered cutting-edge for its strength and impact resistance, paired with a tungsten DLC coating and three-dimensionally machined G-10 scales. The Operator 7 model is huge! TOPS Knives has dared to create an imposing knife with a thick blade and solid handle, creating a balanced tool that excels as a true “workhorse.” At the same time, it retains that classic American combat knife aesthetic, looking as spectacular as it performs.

Made from 8 mm thick 1075 steel, the blade is differentially heat treated: the edge is impact resistant, while the spine is incredibly sturdy. The handle combines sand-colored Micarta on the lower part with black G10 on the upper part, offering optimal grip. The Silent Hero was designed by Anton Du Plessis, then Head of Operations for the Silent Heroes Foundation Special Interdiction Unit, whose mission was to fight poaching in South Africa. The Bark River Bushcrafter II is designed to be the ultimate bushcraft knife. The name itself is no accident: careful research has led to an exceptional result that is appreciated by enthusiasts in the field. The blade has an ideal shape for bushcraft activities, while the handle offers excellent ergonomics. Compared to the standard model, the Bushcrafter II is slightly larger, with a blade over an inch longer.

Made of CPM 3V steel, the blade is extremely durable and retains its sharpness for a long time. However, it is not completely stainless, so it should be cleaned after use and occasionally oiled to prevent corrosion. The edge has a convex bevel, which is easy to maintain by sanding.

The handle is made of fine desert ironwood burl, a hardwood from the U.S. and Mexico, featuring an elegant grain that gives the knife a luxurious look. The leather sheath allows for both vertical (belts up to 2 inches) and diagonal carry.

Knife from a private collection - Iconic and sought after model designed by Ken Onion and Mick Strider - Out of production and no longer available - Perfect in all, like new, serial 1544, does not have any kind of sign or defect - The knife shows an uncertainty at the tip, on the sharpening, which is slightly different; presumably already produced in this way by ZT - The sharpening is good and shows no signs of wear, presumably the sharpening is the original factory - Accompanied by original Zero Tolerance box, but referred to the model 0301 with green G10 handle - Checked and certified by our internal laboratory
