MF stands for Medium Folder. This line of knives fits in between the Basic Folders series and the Heavy Folders series. The typical mechanism of the series is the LINER-LOCK. The overall structure is sturdy.

All knives in the MF series have a rear glass breaker. They also feature the innovation of the adjusting counterscrew at the blade attachment stud. By removing the counterscrew, the center pin can be tightened or loosened at will, so as to achieve the desired smoothness of opening. It will be sufficient to re-lock the pivot screw with the counterscrew to secure the adjustment.

The BC (Belt Cutter) version features the rear belt cutter with an easily available and replaceable industrial cutter blade. In addition, a slotted screwdriver is inserted inside the grip to allow adjustment and calibration of firearm optics.

ROK, which is part of the SOLID knives family obtained from a single piece of aluminum or titanium, has two important innovations:

* the introduction of the new H.WAYL System; this is a LionSteel patent that allows the clip to disappear inside the handle during use of the knife. The clip can only appear when needed.

* the introduction of NFC technology in the knife box. With this system, the user no longer has to search for product information, but the knife itself makes it available: maintenance instructions, in-depth information on the production process, or more general information on LionSteel.

As was already the case for the TRE model, the user has the option of removing the flipper, thus opting for a more traditional two-handed blade opening. The ROK also features the Rotoblock safety system and a steel tip on the end of the blade lock bar: this prevents possible breakages or wear caused by the blade itself.
