The Wander Tactical "Godfather" is a fixed blade knife designed to deal with extreme situations and heavy-duty outdoor tasks. With a blade of over 23 cm in D2 steel, known for its excellent edge retention and wear resistance, this knife is designed to last over time and withstand the most difficult conditions.

What makes this model particularly special is that it falls within the fully custom versions for both the knife and the sheath. The blade is custom made, with personalized details according to the creativity of the craftsman Dino Picco. The handle, made of carved Micarta, ensures a firm and comfortable grip, even in difficult conditions. The leather sheath, also handmade by Dino, is designed to be functional and resistant, offering different carrying options.

Exclusive knife in entirely handcrafted "Comix" coloration, part of a batch of products made especially for the Atlanta 2023 Blade Show.

"Comix" type coloring refers to a coloring technique used in comic books and illustrations that is inspired by the style of traditional comic books. This style of coloring often features flat, bright colors with sharp edges between different shades. Some hallmarks of comix-type coloring include:

Flat backgrounds: Areas of solid color are applied without shading or complex tonal gradations. This gives a more "clean" and stylized look to the image.

Sharp edges: The borders between different shades of color are often marked by black or dark contour lines. These lines define the boundaries of the various elements in the image and accentuate the contrast between the different colors.

Bright colors: In comix-type coloring, bright, saturated colors are often used to create visual impact. These colors can be used to distinguish characters or to emphasize certain elements of the image.

Simplified shading: Although comix-type coloring may include shadows and highlights to add depth, these are often simplified compared to other coloring techniques. Shadows may be represented by areas of darker color or simple lines or brush strokes.

In collaboration with Wander Tactical, a unique and exclusive piece to collect, the Godfather model, in a satin blade version with San Mai Japanese steel blade produced by Takefu Steel.
This time, in the rich catalog of products offered by them, we have chosen a particular steel with a carbon cutting edge, but with external stainless steel cheeks. Specifically, for the central sheet we used the carbonaceous V-Toku2 at 62 / 63HRC and the SUS410 for external lamination in order to guarantee a very high cutting, penetration and sealing capacity of the wire together with an ease of regrinding and maintenance; at the same time the blade has a remarkable corrosion resistance and an important increase in resilience given by the laminated structure.

Takeshi Saji was born in 1948 in Takefu ( Fukui Prefecture ) , a city located approximately in the center of Japan and in the heart of an area for centuries devoted to the production of blades . His lab is still there, built around the oven thanks to which, for several years now , Takeshi Saji forges the steel (especially damascus) with which he made various models of traditional Japanese knives . The choice of material finishes (mostly natural ) , the essential lines - evocative use - and the color combinations of rare impact his accomplishments make unique and unmistakable in view of the cutlery world and at home , have earned him the prestigious title of Master .

Arma nazionale del Nepal e dei suoi guerrieri Gurkha, si distingue per la sua lama ricurva affilata nel latoconcavo e per lo spostamento del peso verso la punta che consente fendenti molto efficaci. L’impugnatura è diritta, senzaguardia. Caratteristico il ricasso (kauri) e il fodero di legno ricoperto di cuoioin cui sono contenuti anche due piccoli coltelli (karda e chakmak).
