PUGIO: The name evokes the historic Roman dagger, but the handle, with its tapered cuttlebone-like shape, also recalls the elegance of Caucasian daggers.

Compact and sharp, this boot dagger is designed as a backup weapon, ideal for defense and perfect for those seeking discretion and portability. The blade, sharpened only on one side, ensures lethal accuracy, while the absence of guards prevents any risk of entanglement in close, high-intensity combat. Glauca G1, an evolution of the Glauca model, has specific features designed especially for the renowned GSG9 department, a special unit of the Bundespolizei, which has officially adopted it. The handle, made of anodized anticorodal aluminum with tactical mud coloring, is equipped with a tungsten carbide rear glass breaker.

On the back are a stainless steel nail stripper that can be locked in the open position and a resealable rescue tool that allows the operator to make a quick emergency cut to free a possible casualty from their clothing. This second tool is also great for use as a belt cutter.

The blade locking system is the proven LINER-LOCK to which is added a second safety mechanism to be operated manually.

Folding knife made upon specific requests of the department of the Italian Army 185 ° RAO ( Target Acquisition Regiment ) and is now included the eponymous department . The knife supplied differs from the calendar for the total lack of writings or logos on the blade.
