The skeletonized full-tang construction and 4.8 mm blade thickness reflect a different approach: lightness where needed, strength where it counts. The 80 mm blade and 191 mm overall length define a compact yet uncompromising tool.

The AERO FX is built around materials selected to ensure durability, reliability, and minimal maintenance: an Anticorodal aluminum handle and a Nitrogen steel blade with a MIL-C-13924 burnished finish, designed to offer corrosion resistance, good edge retention, and ease of resharpening.

The carrying system consists of a dual-configuration Kydex sheath: an ultra-flat, slim solution for discreet carry and an additional interface to expand attachment options. The configuration can be adapted using the Malice clip or paracord, both of which are included.
