The Fox Dart is a tactical folding knife designed for self-defense and professional use. Manufactured by the Italian company Fox Knives, it is distinguished by its straight blade with tanto-style tip, an unusual choice compared to classic curved karambits. Doug Marcaida is a Filipino martial arts expert and specialist in the use of cutting weapons. He is known to the general public for his role as a judge on the program Forged in Fire, where he evaluates the quality and lethality of blades forged by competitors.

His experience in knife fighting influenced the design of the Fox Dart, creating a weapon that combines effectiveness, speed, and fluidity of movement. Designed for practical and dynamic use, the Dart is the result of the fusion of martial tradition and modern innovation.

The kiridashi is a traditional Japanese cutting tool that has ancient roots in culture and tradition; Extrema Ratio has revised according to its style this knife belonging to Japanese tradition giving it a more tactical look than the original. While retaining the characteristic chisel rounding, KIRI has a special tip designed to achieve a high penetration efficiency. 

Extrema Ratio KIRI is available in Dark Stone and Satin finishes, both made of Böhler N690 steel hardened to 58HRC. The handle consists of two black-colored anodized anticorodal aluminum grips. The preshaped Kydex sheath is equipped with metal eyelets that allow paracord lanyard to be attached to MOLLE system platforms as well.

It has been designed in collaboration with Daniele Dal Canto, Master Advanced F.I.S.S. (Federazione italiana survival sportivo e sperimentale) instructor. In Neck Knife mode, through the use of a 550 paracord lanyard, it is possible to hold it around the neck keeping the knife vertical with the handle facing downwards.

The metal eyelets on the sheath, made of pre-shaped Kydex, allow the application of both the lanyard and the accessory holder. 

The full-tang skeletonized structure, allows you to customize the knife using Paracord as a coating for the handle.

Satre Expeditions uses Böhler N690 steel heat treated to 58 HRC with MIL-C-13924 burnishing and stone washed surface treatment (Dark Stone finish). It comes with a desert-colored pre-formed kydex sheath on which you can attach the Firesteel for lighting fires (provided inside the box).
