The blade of the DOBERMANN IV S600, made from Böhler S600 steel, offers excellent hardness, wear resistance, and toughness, thanks to the high content of molybdenum, tungsten, and vanadium. The addition of cobalt promotes the formation of small carbides, further improving wear resistance. With a hardness of 64 HRC, it ensures long-lasting edge retention. The “EXP DARK” teflon coating protects the steel from oxidation.

DOBERMANN IV S600 features a green forprene handle with a glass-breaking tang. It comes with a green cordura thigh sheath, adaptable for both left and right-handed users and compatible with the M.O.L.L.E system.

However, it was the wrath of the father of the gods, Odin, that often drove the goddess of love to unleash wars in the world of men. Dirk Hofmeister of Midgards Messer was inspired by the art of Nordic forging and created the folding blade version of the beloved Little Dvalin.

The powerful Dvalin Folder Tanto impresses with its compact dimensions and features a Tanto blade in D2 steel with ball bearings, finished with a rough stonewash appearance and equipped with a deep engraving on both sides to open the folding knife using the recess as a nail lever.

On December 9, 1942, during the Second World War, KA-BAR presented a knife to the United States Marine Corps hoping it would become the standard weapon. In collaboration with the Marine Supply Department, the project was revised, and production began on an improved combat and utility knife.

During the war, USMC KA-BAR knives gained such recognition for their quality and abundance that "KABAR" became the common name. It was adopted by the Marines, Army, Navy, Coast Guard, and Underwater Demolition Teams. Years later, many KA-BAR knives were reactivated in Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

In 2019, KA-Bar partnered with Spartan Blades to form Pineland Cutlery. CEO John Stitt aimed to create a "KA-BAR" with improved strength, robustness, and corrosion resistance. During development, metallurgist Larrin Thomas identified CPM MagnaCut® steel with the desired qualities.

CPM MagnaCut® is a sintered high-carbon steel produced by Crucible Industries and specifically designed for blades. Spartan Blades developed the Spartan-KA-BAR using CNC machining, cryogenic treatment, and PVD coatings.

Ferrum Rescue is a tool designed for rescue operations, developed in collaboration with my friend Andrea Micheli, military and law enforcement expert, journalist and shooting instructor. Made with a very compact handle, this rescue tool is equipped with 3 blades, each of which has a specific function:

The first and main blade has a thickness of 3 millimeters and is designed to be used for more demanding purposes and to protect the cutting edge of the other two from premature wear. The teeth allow it to cut larger ropes or textile materials, the remaining smooth part has the classic function of a knife. The second blade is a scalpel, which can be used for extremely precise cuts and for emergency first aid interventions. The third blade, on the back of the first, is the smallest of the 3, it has the function of cutting lines, capable of cutting paracord and aramid material.

The interaction of the main blade with the scalpel allows the operator to make a quick emergency cut to free any injured person from his or her clothing.

The line cutter blade and the scalpel are both interchangeable.

As a Filipino martial arts enthusiast, Italian knife designer Alessandra De Santis of Hydra Design decided to design a Karambit knife for Boker Plus. These sickle-shaped knives originated in Southeast Asia and were preferably used for harvesting rice. In contrast, the Karambit from Boker Plus comes in a tactical guise. The black-coated 154CM Hawkbill blade effortlessly slices its way through cardboard and ropes, while the black G10 handle and sturdy linerlock provide much-needed safety on the job.

Light weight and high efficiency form the backbone of the pocket knife named after the Norse goddess of the underworld. As an alternative to the flipper opening, the knife offers a thumb stud screwed into the back of the blade whose shape also serves as an "Emerson Wave"-style opening. Alessandra De Santis' characteristic angular design elements are found in the G10 ring at the end of the handle. The flush, reversible clip allows for flexible knife carrying. The product is an elaboration of the Japanese Wakizashi sword, a typical blade 30 to 60 centimeters long, which the Samurai carried at all times in contact with the body, where the Katana was carried exclusively in battle. This special edition in 250 pieces, proposed on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the brand, maintains the shape of the original, but with materials and finishes corresponding to the current production.

The K1 is equipped with a modified spear point profile blade, characterized by a tip that combines the 40° "tanto" profile with the more traditional European one, creating a sharp but very solid hybrid which, with the false false edge, makes it particularly effective in jab. The bevel is high, allowing for a very effective cutting angle.

The blade is immediately recognizable by the fenestration at the heel, which allows for considerable lightening without compromising its strength. It is made of Böhler N690 steel, with heat treatments that bring its hardness to 58 HRC for the best combination of edge hold and resistance. The finish is satin with flat grinding.

The handle, in anodized Anticorodal alloy, compared to the original presents the lightening on the sides that make the Extrema Ratio knives immediately distinguishable, but maintains the arched shape and the lateral "bellies" of the K1, offering an excellent grip both in the "saber" than in the "reverse" grip.

The terminal part of the handle curves to form a sort of hook which allows particularly easy and rapid extraction from the scabbard, while the tang protrudes from it with a triangular cusp which acts as a glass breaker with a slot which allows the knife to be equipped of lasso.

The leather scabbard faithfully reproduces the original while maintaining both the qualities of ease and speed of extraction. The carry can take place in an upside-down axillary position, horizontally on the belt or tactically on the thigh.

The K1 equipment is completed with a polypropylene case ‌, complete leather sheath and underarm shoulder strap.

The spear point type blade is hardened to 58 HRC in order to obtain the best balance between edge retention and strength, has a false edge in the upper part which enhances the characteristics of penetration and tip work, and is equipped with a Full length furrow flowing elegantly from blade to grip.

The blade is milled integrally with the knife to enhance its compactness and lightness, maintaining a minimum thickness even with a profile that recalls the classic Extrema Ratio handle. This profile forms two small guards and a comfortable thumb rest in order to prevent the hand from slipping towards the blade. On the end there is a skull crusher with a diamond-shaped tip and a slot that allows you to attach a wrist strap to the knife or to equip the handle with paracord winding.

The special Black Warfare version uses the innovative and original Geotech Camo pattern, created by laser engraving. The molded nylon sheath has been designed to be extremely flat and with very small lateral dimensions, in order to make it as compact as possible. The design of the knife makes it ambidextrous, allowing it to be inserted into the sheath with the cutting edge of the blade to the right or left. The double retention system integral with the sheath is made up of four pressure elements that work only two at a time, depending on right/left use, while in the nylon textile part there is a button that allows you to secure the knife to the sheath . The end of the sheath has a hole that allows you to expel liquids or residues inside. The possibility of applying belt clips, ulticlips, malice clips makes it extremely versatile. It is also possible to hook the sheath to the M.O.L.L.E. system. weaving the paracord lanyard.

The S-thil Black Warfare is supplied in an IP67 certified watertight Polypropylene technical case, with pressurization valve, resistant to atmospheric agents, dust and shocks. The K-Talon is a karambit with a particularly thin full tang structure that, including sheath and grips, reaches a thickness of only 10 mm. The curved, hooked blade is designed inspired by the shape of a claw. It is designed to achieve precise, deep cuts while simultaneously hooking, trapping and/or ripping.

With the new Compact models, designer Dietmar Pohl has developed a series of extremely robust and very compact knives for everyday use.

The focus is on the massive classic Drop Point blade of the Compact Two, which is 86 millimeters long and designed to be enormously solid with a thickness of 6 mm. The well-known D2 tool steel was chosen for the blade's high cutting strength and resilience. The surface of the blade has a tactical, non-reflective TiNi titanium nitriding coating that provides excellent protection against external corrosives.

The reduced handle design is the basis for the knife's very compact size. The pleasantly rounded tang and cleverly designed finger recesses, in combination with the G-10 handle grips, which are also CNC milled, provide a good, secure grip. Distinctive grooves in the front area of the grip serve as an index finger and thumb rest.

The Compact TWO BK is equipped with a robust, high-quality Kydex sheath in black. The Tac-Clip belt adapter, which can be mounted in various positions, allows flexible and safe carrying.

NON-automatic version of the Caimano Nero model

The Black Caiman is a tactical knife that Extrema Ratio, official supplier of Comsubin, has developed and delivered to the G.O.I. (Gruppo Operativo Incursori) of the Italian Navy. Its name recalls and pays homage to the heroic Caimani Neri del Piave, a department of Arditi of the Regia Marina and other components on a voluntary basis, which during the First World War crossed the Piave River by swimming to carry out raids in enemy territory.

Spear Point" 4 mm blade with asymmetrical rounding and partial sharpening of the counterbore to increase the penetration coefficient. The toothing on the blade allows you to cut cables and fabrics with high resistance preserving the sharpness.

It is a medium folder with a robust structure. The thick aluminum cheeks, thanks to the many processes of removal make the knife light and balanced. The end of the handle, which recalls the shape of the Helix/Timon group of the slow running torpedo (S.L.C.), serves to improve the grip for the rapid extraction of the knife from the pocket.

The DLC-coated titanium clip can be positioned at three different angles on either side to allow for maximum customization of the carry. Its shape is designed to minimize the bulk of the handle outside the pocket.

Among its endowments, besides the carbide glass breaker, there is also a safety, that when inserted, preserves from a dangerous accidental closing of the blade.

The BF2 is a "full size" lockable particularly suitable for professional use by military and police operators in the field. The handle is firm and comfortable; the clip, reversible and enveloping, becomes a useful and comfortable support for the thumb in "reverse grip". The grip is full with the characteristic lowered surfaces to engage the opening "pins" without protruding from the profile of the closed knife. The blade, available in a drop or a lot version, has a flat edge and, as in the BF1, a particularly thick and resistant tip. Il BF2 è un chiudibile “full size” particolarmente indicato per l’impiego professionale da parte di operatori militari e di polizia sul campo. L’impugnatura è salda e confortevole; la clip, reversibile ed avvolgente, diventa un utile e comodo appoggio per il pollice in “reverse grip”. La guancetta è piena con i caratteristici piani ribassati per impegnare i “pin” d’apertura senza che sporgano dal profilo del coltello chiuso. La lama, disponibile in versione drop o tanto, ha l’arrotatura piatta e, come nel BF1, la punta particolarmente spessa e resistente.
