The body of the molds is made of brass to ensure a clean cut of the sheet. The central disc, thanks to a spring mechanism in anodized aluminum, is designed to press the stuffing evenly and obtain a perfect semicircle.

The special finish is PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), a process that deposits a thin metallic film on top of the chrome, thus ensuring a spectacular aesthetic effect and a surface hardening. The handles are made in solid wood, with a natural wax finish and laser engraving.

Marcato - Grain mill - MARGA MULINO

For thousands of years, cereals and cereal products have been among the most valuable foodstuffs for humans. The cereal grain contains almost all the nutrients and dietary substances important for human nutrition.

Flakes, Flakes and Beer Malt Marga Mulino is the only machine with which both flakes and cereal flour can be prepared in minutes.

Marga Mulino is a small kitchen mill, capable of grinding grain and cereal flour and obtaining flour, flakes and malt for beer. It can be used for both soft grains such as Oats, Barley, Rye, Soft Wheat, and hard grains such as Spelt, Kamut, Rice and Buckwheat.

Marga Mulino works by means of three rollers rotating at different speeds.

The distance between the rollers, determined by a regulator, defines the type of processing to be carried out:

position 5 to 6, to obtain cereal flour,

positions 1 to 4 to obtain cereal flakes with different finishes.

It can be used manually but can be equipped with the PastaDrive electric motor accessory to be ordered separately.

The distance between the rollers can be set via the 6-position regulator: position 0 (shown in red) to obtain cereal flour; positions 1 to 3 (and intermediate positions) to obtain cereal flakes of different finish.

Fresh flakes are obtained by crushing the cereal seeds, while freshly obtained flakes are prepared by passing them between the rollers: making pasta, bread or biscuits with home-milled flour, rather than a breakfast with fresh cereals, will let you discover the genuine taste of home-made things.

Marga Mulino is the only product that allows you to consume fresh flakes at breakfast: this processing, carried out just before consumption, completely preserves the properties of the cereal and guarantees the complete assimilation of all its nutritional properties. -What can be ground?
