  4. Lodge - Cast iron round skillet - induction - single serving - Blacklock

    Lodge

In 1896, a man named Joseph Lodge decided to open a cast iron foundry in the small town of South Pittsburg, Tennessee. The Lodge family company has grown, refining and innovating its products to the best of its ability, remaining the only cast iron cookware foundry currently operating in the United States. Throughout its 122-year history, Lodge has always strived to maintain its commitment to quality and dedication to the American workforce in order to provide cast iron cookware with excellent features suitable for home, professional, and outdoor cooking. The patented Heat Treated Lodge line is traditional cast iron subjected to a high-temperature heat treatment that, by acting on the molecular structure of the iron, makes it rustproof and dishwasher safe.

Lightweight, non-stick cast iron frying pan Ø17,78cm BL63SKINT Lodge Lightweight and handy cast iron pan with new triple seasoned finish that creates a natural non-stick coating. It has two practical pouring spouts - suitable for both right- and left-handed people - a long, Y-shaped handle for freshness, and a counter handle for a firm grip. Blacklock & Triple SeasonedTM line

Material: Preconditioned lightweight triple seasoned cast iron with non-stick coating

    Weight: 0.82 kg Overall

    dimensions: Ø 17.78 cm

    Product code: LDG BL63SKINT

    Original made in USA

The Blacklock line is named after the original Lodge Cast Iron foundry. This line is the result of years of experience and research by the brand to create a product that solves some of the problems faced when using cast iron cookware, such as material treatment, weight and handles that get hot. The entire Blacklock line is made of pre-conditioned cast iron and features a pre-treated finish with three layers of natural vegetable oil - Triple Seasoned - for a ready-to-use non-stick finish, without the need for any further treatment before use. The advantages of this finish can be summed up in a few words: much less care and maintenance to achieve the desired results, making these pans perfect for everyday use, thanks to their ease of cleaning, resilience and durability. Designed with a new lightweight thin cast iron design - Blacklock is up to 25% lighter in weight than traditional cast iron - so they are easy to lift, carry and handle. The handles have a new Y-shape to reduce the amount of iron in the handle and to allow air to flow through, keeping them fresh for longer. The double handle and counter handles are raised and lengthened to stay away from heat. Compatible with any hob, oven and grill (no microwave). They are also suitable for cooking on barbecues, as they are resistant to very high temperatures without suffering any damage! Not dishwasher safe, hand wash with mild detergent (if necessary). Cook anything, anywhere, any way, for 100 years!
