    Innovative truffle cutter created in collaboration with a starred chef.

    This new tool from the TeGi line, developed in collaboration with chef Giacomello and designed byAlessandro Olivetto aka ‘The Bonus’.

    This truffle cutter can control the cutting thickness in a micrometric way, it is extremely easy to grip and also the sanitation of all components.

    The “tray” shape, thanks to a patented fold, makes the slice pass, directing it exactly under the instrument. The TRIFULA in addition to truffles, even large ones, allows you to slice vegetables, chocolate and hard cheeses.

    Like the whole TeGi line, it comes with a case obtained by reusing the tissue of discarded sails.

What is the best cutting board to protect knives?

The best materials are natural wood (which "absorbs" the cut) and composite materials made of wood fiber and resin, hygienic and gentle on the edge. Always avoid glass, marble, or granite: they irreversibly ruin the blade.

How often should kitchen knives be sharpened?

For home use, the edge should be regularly refreshed with a honing steel or strop. A complete resharpening on a stone or Horl system is recommended every 3–6 months, depending on the frequency and type of use.
