SPEED

Speed 2 is used for solid food and large quantities. Speed 1 is used for small quantities, e.g. if the liquid does not completely pass the 4-tooth protective dome, and with frothy compounds such as whipped cream.

WHISKING

When whipping with Bamix® you have to slowly swirl your wrist, lifting it slightly and letting it fall back on the mixture. There is no need to crush or beat.
