Centellino - Replacement head cap for cl100 - cl125
Replacement cap for the Centellino decanter, ideal for the
CL100, CL125
The CENTELLINO is the single-serving wine decanter, a patented brand and design object, handmade, blown glass, MADE IN ITALY.
It is an oenological product with tested technical results.
The CENTELLINO, decants by oxygenating it, about 100ml. of wine at a time, thus providing a perfect tasting dose. The wine in its descent, gently lies on the walls of the blown glass "amphora" (tank), oxygenating and thus releasing its aromas and organoleptic properties.
Besides being an excellent tool for pouring, very useful for those who have to serve wine in the glass, thanks to its design it is also a beautiful ornamental object.
Exclusive gift item and souvenir of Italy and its wine world.
Wine passed through centellino is described as "more open, cleaner, more harmonious."
Tales of centello, or ciantello, or even centellino, have been told since ancient times. The Latins called it cyatulus, diminutive of cyatus, from the Greek Kyathos from Kyo "to pour."
An object with which precious and ancient ambrosias and spirits were poured.
That suave sipping from cyatulus to cyatulus cheered the pauses of weary wayfarers. Then it was the glass, the flask and the bottle, so the skilled glassmaker, drew on it a ciantello.
Today the "Centellino" produced and crafted by skilled artisans, embellishes noble tables.NC100 -

Rockstead - Shin knife DLC - YXR7 - knife
This knife blade is convex on both sides in the tradition of the highly praised Japanese sword. This shape is both sharp and strong, and can still slice cleanly through a sheet of paper even after the punishment of chopping and cutting through dried bamboo. Using this special blade shape is an excellent way of allowing an edge to be thick without sacrificing any of its sharpness. This knife is of preeminent sharpness. This is a durable knife with strong cutting capabilities that will last for a long time. Even when used for rigorous cutting, the blade will not bite or catch thanks to its convex shape. Other knives will often bite or catch, and may acquire nicks if pulled out suddenly.
